Swim is a RYT200 certified instructor teaching yoga and mindfulness in diverse environments with people of all ages.

Being a ballerina for over a decade, and professionally dancing in other styles has informed her knowledge in kinesiology + versified her ability to work with experienced and novel yogis alike.
